1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and RemodelWithPros ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the RemodelWithPros.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided

RemodelWithPros is a platform that connects homeowners with third-party home improvement contractors and service professionals ("Contractors"). We do not perform any home improvement services ourselves.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms.
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.

4. Consent to Contact

By submitting a request on our Site, you explicitly authorize RemodelWithPros and up to four (4) of our partners to contact you via telephone, email, or SMS text message at the number provided, regarding your project request.

You understand that these calls may be generated using automated technology (including autodialers and prerecorded messages) even if your phone number is listed on a corporate, state, or federal Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site.

We are not responsible for any disputes between you and any Contractor. You agree to release RemodelWithPros from any damages or claims of every kind or nature, suspected and unsuspected, known and unknown, and disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes and your dealings with Contractors.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when we post them.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Delaware. RemodelWithPros and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
